Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

Hello, I hope someone can help me out or point me in the right direction. My mother recently passed and she has two cats and one of which was her baby is very adoptable. I’ve reached out to about about a million shelters, all around the Houston area. I haven’t found any shelters that’s willing to foster. So far no luck.
