Vet bills are covered by the rescue. Move animals from pound to rescue/rescue to foster home/vets etc. Everyday we get notice that another poor soul had to be destroyed as there was no space so please do think of adopting. especially before you breed. Tags: people helping animals rescues.

They do wonderful work finding homes for this special breed. If you aren’t familiar with the breed, most of the “Ugliest Dogs in the World&# have been hairless Chinese Cresteds. We provide vetting, transportation, and foster homes for each dog in need, until he or she can be carefully matched to an approved home.

The vet did give me a hard time about the dogs' animal-free diets (my traditional vets don't, ironically), and my response was that unless she could show me some research that his particular type of injury needs animal protein to heal, I wasn't going to change anything. Sasha, adopted at approximately nine months old, has taken roughly thirteen years to trust humans enough to be stroked while she’s standing on the floor.
