The series of birding workshops and meetings continued across the map, through Ulcinj, Montenegro, then Samobor, Croatia and Stip (described here ), North Macedonia, leading to Brussels, the unofficial capital of EU. The road was new, the only sign of the recent times were bullet holes in a few abandoned houses, but that was a rare sight.

4 The Love Of Animals

Photographer Mark Ross has captured some truly beautiful, and touching, photos of animals abandoned at kill shelters. From dogs to cats, kittens, and even birds and rabbits, there are all kinds of animals to be found at shelters. The photos in the book made me want to reach out and save each one of them.

Soon after, Williams retired and moved out of state, and Eric was arrested by the Texas Rangers for a combination of credit card fraud (something about a fake field school for high schoolers in Orange Walk Town) and child abandonment.
