We have observed the first Pied Oystercatcher chicks of 2019 over the past two weeks grow steadily. Over the two weeks since I first introduced you to this family of Pied Oystercatchers there has been a lot of walking. The wind was just too much and they sheltered together in the vegetation at the high tide mark.
