And when I spoke about a continuum over a year ago as a result of a workshop with Rae Sikora, who demonstrated that there was a continuum, there was some discontent. I'm not saying welfare reform is the answer, but that ceasing the use of an animal is the only action that will completely alleviate suffering. How about this?
