You will see everything from bald eagles, wolves and deer, to wild turtles, baby ducklings and other animals. The show covers an entire year along the Mississippi, and shows the many challenges that the wildlife in the area deal with. Who knew our country was so diverse in just one region?

Depending on a visitor’s luck, one can see moose and wolves, hear Boreal Owls or Townsend’s Warblers. There were few places not marked by the camas, except the creek itself and a few small glacial boulders that rose up from the ground like old gray turtles. That was then. But the highlight, of course, was the camas fields.
