In an act of kindness, the police took the dog, which was a Greyhound female, to the nearby Nuneaton Warwickshire Wildlife Sanctuary, run by a man named Geoff Grewcock and known as a willing haven for Animals abandoned, orphaned or otherwise in need. We had two puppies that had been abandoned by a nearby railway line. Link: [link].

I just watched episode 1, season 1, of Dogtown , the National Geographic Channel TV show about Dogtown at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, UT. Tags: dogtown dogs Best Friends. We really enjoyed it. In many ways, they are probably easier to change because they don't have the same emotional baggage.
