4 The Love Of Animals

On May 5, 2010, I adopted a two-year-old poodle/terrier mix from our local shelter, Animal Allies. She came from another shelter as a stray, had been abused, was very skinny, and she was extremely shy and afraid of everyone. We especially love playing in the snow, which we get lots of here in Minnesota! At 1:30 a.m.

The other day, Minneapolis, Minnesota passed a feral cat ordinance. They may be “outdoor cats” with a specific owner, stray pets, feral, or may have originated in one household and are now fed or cared for by other households in the neighborhood. This got me wondering what other cities were doing.
