More importantly, it is a fantastic area to watch birds in its own right. The highlight of the night was a Striped Possum, a large squirrel sized possum with black and white striped fur. Most of these were easy enough to find on later dates,along with the smaller native Bush Rats, but I only saw one Striped Possum.
