Next, came small flocks of Red-fronted Parrots screeching overhead with the odd African Grey thrown in for good measure. The aptly named Fire-bellied Woodpecker drummed above our heads and a Blue Cuckooshrike sang out the loudest as its beautiful song echoed around the forest. Truly fantastic.
