Duck Stamps and the Best National Wildlife Refuges for Birding

Not long ago, I posted a list of the 25 best National Wildlife Refuges for birding. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has published a list of NWRs that have been created or expanded with Duck Stamp funds. and 80.0%, including: Aransas NWR in Texas (42.7%), Chincoteague NWR in Virginia (69.9%), and Malheur NWR in Oregon (25.8%).
