Smaller raptors were either European Sparrowhawks (true hawks) or Eurasian Kestrels (falcons). One of the groups that doesn’t seem to become any less common in fall is the T**s, known in North America as Chickadees and their relatives. One sang very insistently outside our lodgings in Interlaken, Switzerland.
