It is mainly scrub and woodland in a dry area with a mosque and fast food restaurant in the central area. Any remaining time can be productively spent at either or both of the hides at Ra’s al-Khor wildlife Sanctuary. Please give a bit of feedback to improve the experiences of those who may follow you.

After a pleasant morning with ducks, crisp snow and sunshine, we followed the wildlife trail on our way out. Honest food in a fifties’ diner while reminiscing about all those movies you have seen about diners in the fifties. Coming down from the emotional high we noticed our grumbling stomachs: time to eat. I can recommend it.
