The food was better than decent, which exceeds our experience of Panamanian cuisine at most other locations. In fact, we saw two species of monkey, our only sloths, lots of coatis, and my rarest ever mammal sighting—a Jaguarundi —right on site. TRANSPORTATION. All in all, the Radisson Summit delivered what we all wanted.

Before we get to the birds, allow me to share some tips: Don’t be afraid of Hong Kong. And even though transportation is so easy and inexpensive, prepare to walk a lot. OK, this isn’t much of a list, but all wild monkey sightings deserve recognition! ). Monkey at a monastery. So don’t be afraid!
