Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

My mother recently passed and she has two cats and one of which was her baby is very adoptable. She’s an older cat. She’s been spayed and her front paws have been declawed (I know that’s not a normal thing now, but back in the day that was fairly normal for people to do that to their cats). She’s about 12 years old.

I've never met Bella , the orange tabby pictured above whose people abused her and tried to declaw her with pliers. The average person doesn't fund programs that cost $8,000 per cat. Or printed thousands of copies of vegan leaflets. Of course, I have an emotional attachment to that one individual, Violet Rays.

This month the management posted announcements stating that as of January 2007 (3 months ago, even though announcements were only posted this month) their new policy was that all cats must be declawed on their front feet, or else cat owners will face eviction. My friend is horrified by this.
