Joining us for the day was Sheri Williamson, who literally wrote the book on hummingbirds in North America. Things looked right. But then the bird turned, and things didn’t look quite right.

4 The Love Of Animals

After talking to Barb’s family, there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that they were anticipating her passing with a sense of weary relief, so I was surprised when the hospice nurse called me on the day of Barb’s death and asked me to come out to the home quickly. Then I noticed that several family members were also nursing bleeding wounds.

Either that or having family friends in Germany. At least Europe has some great bird species, so this past June my fiancé, Jess, and I booked our trip to Deutschland, for our first trip overseas, where I would focus on birds and she castles, towns, and culture. Quality birds, especially in the area.
