If you put some animals (both wild and domestic) on an island and left them there to roam free and we come back after a few years who would survive. Would suprisngly rodents and small animals. The ones who would last until the very end would be lions , tigers bears, eagles and wolves. Horses have a good chance.

Do you care about the stray dog or the almost extinct tiger? That it gives us more responsibility than simple dominion. However, then you get into the argument of whether creatures only deserve stewardship at the species level or the individual level. What laws should be in effect, blah, blah (I could go on and on. ).

It turns out that people are not the only ones, who can adopt children – animals are good at this as well. One of the recent developments, which caught an eye of many pet-lovers, is an adoption of three newly born tigers by German shepherd in Chinese Reserve on January 2012. Puma rejected her children and they were given to Mary.
