Not so with our visit to Bosque de Apache NWR in southern New Mexico. Nearly 30,000 of these acres is set aside as dry wilderness habitat for other birds, animals and other various living creatures. The second half of the week was spent near the town of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. eBird.org submissions – 312.
