PETA has launched a spoof site for the Vancouver Olympic Games over seal hunting. I criticize PETA a lot, but in this case I think they are right on the money. Tags: PETA. I hate the seal slaughter. I think it's barbaric and should be ended. Slavery used to be a tradition in some societies. Here is a link to the site.

The fur is flying over plans by the People for the Ethical Treatment for Animals to run a porn site in the group’s fight against animal abuse. Peta.xxx will have sexually explicit content and address animal rights issues. This exploits women and is an abuse of people. Excerpted from the Toronto Sun.

Is what he did consciously to his pitbulls that much worse than what we do unconsciously to animals every day? So why is one type of animal cruelty (dogfighting) more reprehensible than another (lobster-boiling)? And let's give slaps on the wrist to animal abusers. I think we have it backward.
