I rescued 5 puppies and their mom 3 months ago. Three of them found loving homes, but unfortunately, the remaining two were adopted by someone who put them in close proximity to sick dogs, resulting in parvo. The vet recommended a minimum of 5 days of treatment. Hello, Reddit community!

At an NYC puppy shelter a few weeks ago, my mind was just about made up when I met Chester – The cutest Lab puppy I’d ever seen. After talking to the owner of the shelter however, I learned there was more to adopting little Chester, or any pet for that matter, than my love at first bark. Don’t let the dog eat your homework.
