Logging into my eBird account… December 6th, 2010. Cows are considered sacred by majority of Hindus so cow meat is generally not consumed. Of the estimated 500 million cattle in India, only 4% were destined for consumption by humans as meat. Yes, some gruesome graphic content follows, but don’t blame me, you have been warned.

It, too, traced, with a great deal of investigative reporting, the journey fat trimmings take through the meatpacking industry. The United States Department of Agriculture has been broken for a long time, and it is clear that it cannot protect the American public from illness and death from contaminated meat products.
