With the latest news of finding the virus in a cat, here is an update about the H1N1 virus and how it affects your pets. Although it was previously believed that cats were also safe, a cat in Iowa has now tested positive for the 2009 H1N1 influenza virus. Potbelly and pygmy pigs are susceptible. Pet pigs may contract swine flu.
