Has anyone heard a woodchuck making a similar sound to a raccoon?

I heard what was like a raccoon fight about four weeks ago, during a heavy rainstorm. So, tonight, "Milo" takes off again, and a short time later I hear what sounds like a raccoon fight. I know where the woodchuck lives, so I head over to get my cat (?) The ensuing bath was not fun for either of us. ?
