I knew for sure I hadn’t seen a Great Blue yet this year, but the heron on the can of this week’s beer – Universale Pale Ale by Fremont Brewing of Seattle, Washington – reminded me just how long it’s been. Fremont Brewing is located in Fremont, a neighborhood of Seattle and formerly an independent city.

They have them here in Seattle. Can crashes into carriage. Just so inhumane and dangerous. I just hate them, although it sounds like NYC is particularly bad.

As someone who has a spent a week this August on a family vacation in Seattle I think that I am eminently qualified to write a full blog post on how to bird Seattle.
