Below are a few suggestions of sites within the city that can easily be reached using public transport. Ruby-crowned Tanager and Fawn-breasted Tanager can be seen here and recently a Blonde-crested Woodpecker has taken up residence and seems to like this area. There is no transport inside the park and all travel must be on foot.

Despite the golf course, this place host all manner of birds and mammals. In fact, we saw two species of monkey, our only sloths, lots of coatis, and my rarest ever mammal sighting—a Jaguarundi —right on site. TRANSPORTATION. Seriously, Panama raises the art of under-communication to new, deplorable heights.
