Yes, I did mean to use all caps because if you don’t… Birds like European Starlings will be all over that like ugly on a pig. Both are non-native species in Minnesota and drive out native flickers, bluebirds and other cavity nesters to take over to raise their own young. Clearly, the patch job didn’t work.
