The Passenger Pigeon & A Message From Martha: One Pigeon, Two Book Reviews

We have photographs and newspaper obituaries of Martha, the last living Passenger Pigeon, who died after a lifetime in captivity, mostly in the Cincinnati Zoo. Or the absence of legal protection. We have a lot of source material. What is amazing is that each of these three books is very different in content and tone.
