They will spay/neuter, vaccinate, tip ears and microchip , and they do not test. Here's the biggest feral cat I've ever seen, who looks like somebody's house cat. And if you click on a few minus signs to move out, and look all the way east to the ocean and a little bit north you'll see my town: Jupiter.

February Birding in Tybee Island, Georgia

One massively negative aspect of birding Tybee Island is the sheer volume of feral cats and outdoor cats. It is clear that the trap-neuter-release efforts are doomed to failure, as they always are, and I saw three obviously pregnant cats in my short time there. They are everywhere!
