Activist Releases 1500 Mink in Oregon

According to Bite Back Magazine , an activist released 1500 mink from a farm in Astoria. In the early morning hours of October 17th, a lone activist infiltrated the fur farm at 92659 Simonsen Road in Astoria Oregon. The fact that there is no fence around this farm should help ease their escape.

Vegan education/advocacy for animals is easiest for me when I know my audience. If you've seen The Witness , you know that Eddie drove around with a van that had a continuously looping video of what it takes to get the fur that some find so appealing (and he gave out leaflets, too). PETA's been using horrifying images for years.

Animal Rights is Pernicious Nonsense?

Part of me wants to see those posts out of curiosity, and the other part writes him off instantly and withdraws any previous credit given because he so obviously does not understand what animal rights is and doesn't know that many vegans and animal rights activists see their cause as one of a handful that are all connected.
