Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is considering changing the status of the endangered Black-capped Vireo : it has proposed delisting it entirely. FWS also issued a FAQ regarding the proposed rule. And the expansion of prescribed fire as a wildlife management tool has improved and maintained breeding habitat.
