Uncontrolled hunting, commercial and otherwise, is threatening formerly species like Eurasian Turtle-Dove with extinction, and is taking a horrible toll on just about everything else including Blackcaps , Ortolan Buntings and even Eurasian Bee-eaters. And yes, the need is desperate.
