Coincidentally, last night was a board meeting for our homeowner's association, and though I wasn't on the agenda there's always time for homeowner comments about, say, the petting zoo and pony rides that are scheduled for the spring "BBQ" ( here 's part one of this story). And there's not much from the health angle for pony rides.

As our Gypsy comes to a halt, one Oriental Honey Buzzard is investigating the new arrivals. She has grown up in the reserve and has no experience of the environment of which tourists would not be a permanent, however boring part of. Finally, the shores of the Telia lie in front of us. I imagine the female bosses the male around, but maybe I am anthropomorphizing there based on my experience in recently working on an apartment with my wife. In Black-throated T**s , nest building is done by both sexes, though the female takes the dominant role (HBW). Taking photos of such a rare species is a bit of a double-edged sword.

Do you really need to have Kai’s birding experience further detailed not just by month but a level below? Strangely, the photo accompanying the Wikipedia entry on Collared Finchbills , Asian birds, was taken at Cincinnati zoo. Yes, you do, trust me. But I am grumbling a little bit about it. This is more serious than it sounds.
