A large family of White-crested Helmetshrikes , sounding like electrical toys, formed a flock within a flock, while the Black Cuckooshrike was happy to search for caterpillars alone. Long-billed Crombecs are members of the African warbler family. Even a Leopard Tortoise dropped by! White-crested Helmetshrike. Blue Waxbill.

It was Falakhe, who had dragged himself twenty kilometers on two broken legs past Hyaenas, Lions, Leopards and jackals. Like other social animals, his family connections were keeping him alive, as his family was feeding him.
