There's a stray dog problem in San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico. There are about 70,000 stray dogs roaming San Luis Rio Colorado in northern Mexico. The town has become so overrun with dogs, that the government began offering a tax exemption of $17 per stray that was offered for euthanasia. The solution?

day, I had come home to a scraggy, skittish stray of my own. The process of taking in a stray isn’t usually instantaneous and straightforward. They pointed out the puncture wounds, likely infected with bacteria that could quickly kill. The bird was stripped of feathers and so badly battered that euthanasia was probable.
