This is not about financial constraints, rather, it stems from the emotional strain of dealing with a dog's health issues. She says that she is very depressed (she is just angry of the dog licks the paws). The alergies are under control with one medication. She's only all about the dog when it's healthy and happy.

About a year ago I posted information about the launch of a new stem cell therapy for dogs ( Vet-Stem ). This therapy uses adult stem cells to help injured dogs and dogs suffering from arthritis.
