Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge

Growing up in central Oregon, allowed me to experience such a diverse amount of habitat, and the wildlife that resides there. The combination of over hunting, and the native animals susceptibility to diseases carried by domestic livestock that were allowed to graze there, completely eliminated these Bighorns by 1915.

Recently the Republican lead House of Representatives has released their proposed 2108 budget which would allow drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR). What affect would that have on wildlife? Big oil proponents have been trying to get ANWR opened for drilling for years. It is a recipe for disaster if that ever happens.
