I need help regarding a possible bite from a stray.

There were 2 seeming "strays"(I am not sure both seemed quite well fed and groomed but they stayed in the smoke zone of the restaurant) pups which I begun petting because in my country, there is little to no stray dogs. Ive looked at my hand multiple times and I didnt see any blood or breaking of the skin.
