Someone told us it involved Seattle Purebred Dog Rescue. Snopes has it originating in California. Since our site comes up number two in Google, they find out the story from this website. Or at least a version of it. Either way, the story is OLD. So, next time you see one of these "forward this to everyone you know" emails, don't.
