Here is a flock of endangered species. You may be happy to have a flock of chickadees visit your backyard, but it is difficult to ignore hundreds of American White Pelicans streaming by. Some birds breed in flocks, at least in part to avoid predation. I think you need to have at least three birds to constitute a flock.
