The US company NE Pigeon Supplies presumably is involved in supplying materials to keep and breed pigeons. Another pigeon at Tanjung Aru beach is the Pink-necked Green Pigeon.

This bird will not use resources on the wintering grounds nor take up a breeding territory on the tundra. Instead, another bird that managed to not get injured will use those resources and pass on its genes.
