And this goal has to do with birds, and I assume since your perusing this here blog, that’s something that might interest you. in the nearly two years since I’ve been here I’ve been steadily climbing towards 200, a fair goal for a county in the center of North Carolina. I’ve been told that you can regularly find yourself in some pretty exceptional shorebirding in North Carolina as you get closer to the coast. Yes, 2011 was a great year for birding the Triangle. That is, unless the good citizens of Raleigh start using a lot of water really soon. Isn’t it green?
