The Nemesis Cat Defeated!

If I were to describe my long time wildlife nemesis, my ultimate dip of dips, I would reach for a nemesis cat, not a nemesis bird. Obviously we had interrupted a kill, but the Leopard didn’t reappear and we had to move on (to find the rest of Fala’s pack). Leopard camels in Madikwe. I’ll wait). Camelopardus !

The bird life certainly changes a bit, with a complete lack of water, unless you are at a town, well, or station, as many of the ranches are referred to. I guess this a great reason to come back and find that bird again… we will call that the silver lining in a major screw up. The second half of our week was spent in Sydney.
