The storm surge at The Battery on the southern shore of Manhattan reached 4.0 the rescued White-tailed Tropicbird from Rensselaer County South Polar Skua was another species that didn’t always weather the storm well. There were also only three Brown Pelicans that showed up, all in Suffolk County.
