If cats' furs are evolved to be adapted to their environment, is a black panther a worse hunter, due to not having the natural camouflage that a regular jaguar/leopard would have? Or would a black panther be a more effective hunter, because prey animals wouldn't be used to looking out for black coloured predators?

Tigers are an underrated big cat. I love leopards. I love all the big cats, ok? They don’t have to be ambush, precision hunters because there’s multiple of them. Tigers are solitary hunters.
