Animal rights activists are behind the burning of cattle trucks at Harris Farms in western Fresno County early Sunday, according to a statement released by a clearinghouse for activists. Here in Seattle, NARN (Northwest Animal Rights Network) has been staging protests at a local restaurant that serves foie gras. In addition, back in 2004, Governor Schwarzenegger signed a bill making foie gras illegal starting in 2012. Tags: animal cruelty california foie gras food.
