However, that doesn’t mean they can’t make great companions for the right adoptive family. Juliet and Foxy, a Terrier mix and a Chow Chow/Cocker Spaniel mix, are my rescues.

I decided to rescue a dog in desperate need, and planned on finding a home for it after my road trip was over. I didn’t have the adoption fee money until payday, but by then it would have been too late. I just love her so much, she is more than just a “pet”. So she was mine, for free.
