I didn’t have the adoption fee money until payday, but by then it would have been too late. This dog is not just a dog, she is hyper intelligent and responds to my emotions, she can read and respond to WRITTEN English commands. Well, the first dog I went to see was scheduled to be euthanized that week. So she was mine, for free.
