So I put together a “carnival” (of sorts) of Feral Cat Ordinances and Issues that samples current events across the US. …a City Council committee voted 5-0 to recommend a new law that in essence licenses the care and feeding of free-roaming cats as part of a larger effort to reduce their numbers.

4 The Love Of Animals

That at least would be a start till our society puts a higher value on the lives and existence of our furry friends, till the law stands up for our 4-legged buddies, till shelters are no longer overflowing with the unwanted. If appropriate, the pet would also be part of adoption events where the general public can visit the pet.
