a close childhood friend of Lendrum’s, Howard Waller, breeds falcons for Sheikh Butti bin Maktoum, a member of the Dubai royal family. If you are looking for a ‘good read’ while you are sheltering in place, this is a very good choice–entertaining, part true crime thriller, part journalistic puzzle, part educational.
