A Eurasian Blackbird is checking for the remaining maize seeds. We are in the Tara Mountain in western Serbia, ranging from 1,000-1,500 m / 3,000-5,000 ft above sea level. A Common Chaffinch is singing, while one male Blackbird chases the other from his precious maize seeds. The longer I sit, the more focused I become.
